RATES
Arrival: from 3:00 p.m. If the apartment is already ready upon arrival we will be happy to give it to you in advance, call us to find out!
Departure: before 10:00.
Final cleaning: € 50,00.
Consumption included: wi-fi, electricity, water, gas, air conditioning and heating, etc ...
Bed and bathroom linen: included in the price with weekly change. Possibility to rent additional linen.
Pets: € 8,00 per day, on request.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations at least 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
For cancellations at least 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid may be reused for an alternative stay within no more than 12 months, or a 50% refund will be granted.
For cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
In case of late arrival or early departure, 50% of the time not used will be charged for.
